Responsibility
in Every Layer

As a small 3D print farm in Vienna, we believe responsible manufacturing starts with everyday decisions: what we make, how we print and how we use resources.
Our approach brings together on-demand production, thoughtful material use and products designed for their intended life. We already use paper packaging boxes and paper filling materials. In 2027, we plan to introduce filament extrusion equipment and test turning suitable production waste into printable filament. Our next steps are to build clearer records of material waste and electricity use, then use those insights to guide improvements. We aim to reduce our environmental impact step by step, with practical actions and transparent progress.

Our Approach
in Practice

# 1 — Smarter Printing

On-demand production lets us make parts when they are needed. Our focus is to reduce avoidable supports, excess material and repeat prints through considered orientation, suitable settings and reliable quality checks. We also plan to track electricity use and reduce unnecessary standby and heating, so improvements can be guided by evidence.

# 2 — A New Life for Material

In 2027, we plan to add filament extrusion equipment and test an internal recycling workflow. Suitable print waste will be separated by material, prepared for reprocessing and assessed for filament consistency and print quality. This is a development plan: the materials we can reuse will depend on testing and the requirements of each application.

# 3 — Packed with Paper

We use paper packaging boxes and paper filling materials to protect our printed products. Our aim is to match each package to its contents, limit unnecessary filling and avoid damage that leads to replacements. Where order schedules allow, consolidated shipping is another practical opportunity to use resources more thoughtfully.
