REPEATABLE FDM PRODUCTION
BUILT FOR REPEATABLE PRODUCTION
Production-ready FDM manufacturing for functional components, prototypes, short series and repeat orders. Every job is planned around geometry, material, tolerance, finish and target quantity, with approved settings kept consistent for future batches.
- Functional prototypes and end-use parts
- Short series and repeat orders
- Material and process guidance
- Documented production settings
- In-process quality checks
- Basic finishing and assembly
Send us your STL or STEP file together with the intended use, quantity and target date. We review the part, recommend a practical production approach and prepare a clear quotation.
FROM FILE TO FINISHED BATCH
01 — REVIEW & PLAN
Geometry, material, quantity and target date
- CAD and manufacturability review
- Material and print strategy
02 — VALIDATE & PRODUCE
A validation part before repeatable production
- Approved production settings
- Batch checks and careful packing
MATERIAL-LED PRODUCTION
Material selection starts with the part’s function. Strength, heat exposure, flexibility, surface finish and working environment all influence the right polymer and print strategy.
- Strength and stiffness
- Heat and environmental exposure
- Flexibility and impact behaviour
- Surface finish and colour
- Dimensional requirements
- Application-specific guidance

CONSISTENCY ACROSS BATCHES
Once a validation part is approved, the relevant production settings are kept consistent for repeat orders. We monitor the print process, check the batch and pack parts carefully before dispatch.

FDM PRODUCTION FAQ
What files can I send?
STL and STEP files are both useful. STEP is preferred when geometry may need to be reviewed, while STL is suitable for production-ready meshes.
Can you produce repeat orders?
Yes. Once a part and production setup are approved, we keep the relevant settings consistent to support dependable repeat batches.
Do you help with material selection?
Yes. We consider the part’s function, loading, environment, finish and quantity before recommending a suitable material and print approach.
Can I order a validation part first?
Yes. A validation part is a practical way to confirm fit, function and finish before moving into a larger batch.
Do you offer finishing or assembly?
Basic support removal, cleaning, fitting of inserts, simple assembly, labelling and packing can be adapted to the job.
What information is needed for a quotation?
Send the CAD or mesh file, required quantity, intended use, key dimensions or tolerances, preferred material if known and your target date.
