Do I need an automated integration?
No. Orders may be provided manually or through an agreed connected workflow. The most practical approach depends on your order volume, platform and the data included with each order.
What information is needed to get started?
We normally need production-ready files, product and variant information, expected order patterns, packaging requirements, delivery destinations and a contact for workflow approval. We review these points before preparing the setup.
Can you use custom labels, inserts or packaging?
Yes, brand-facing packing details can be included when they are agreed in advance. Availability, sourcing, storage and any additional handling are defined as part of the fulfilment setup.
Where can orders be delivered?
The service is designed around European delivery from Vienna. Available destinations, carriers and service levels are confirmed for your products and customer locations before launch.
Is there a minimum order volume?
