Terms of Use

Last updated: 14 September 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the ExtruWerk website. They are intended for commercial users. They do not replace the specific quotation, order confirmation, statement of work or other agreement applicable to a production or fulfilment project.

1. Website Operator

This website is operated by ExtruWerk e.U., Sandrockgasse 31A, 1210 Vienna, Austria, company register number FN 686303w, Commercial Court of Vienna. Contact: hello@extruwerk.com.

2. Business-to-Business Scope

ExtruWerk is a production partner for businesses, engineering teams, product brands, online sellers and other professional customers. The services described on this website are not directed at consumers. If mandatory consumer-protection law applies in an individual case, it remains unaffected.

3. Website Information and Quotations

Descriptions, images, technical examples, lead times and other information on this website are provided for general information and do not constitute a binding offer. A project contract is formed only when the parties accept a written quotation, order confirmation or other project agreement. The terms of that project document take precedence over these Terms of Use.

4. Project Enquiries and Customer Materials

When requesting a quotation, you should provide complete and accurate information about the intended use, geometry, material, quantity, tolerances, finish, packing, destination and any regulatory or functional requirements. You are responsible for ensuring that files, CAD models, trademarks, packaging artwork and other materials supplied to ExtruWerk may lawfully be used for the requested project and do not infringe third-party rights.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, information submitted through an initial enquiry is not treated as subject to a separate non-disclosure agreement. We nevertheless handle business information with reasonable care. Confidentiality obligations may be agreed in writing where required.

5. Technical Feasibility and Production

Additive manufacturing results depend on geometry, material, orientation, process settings, tolerances, finishing and environmental conditions. Feasibility, acceptance criteria, sampling, inspection, delivery dates and permitted deviations are determined in the applicable quotation or order confirmation. Website examples are illustrative and do not guarantee that a specific part or result can be produced.

6. Intellectual Property

The website and its content, including text, graphics, images, videos, branding and layout, are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may view and print content for internal business evaluation. Reproduction, publication, modification, automated extraction or commercial reuse requires our prior written permission unless permitted by mandatory law.
Ownership and permitted use of customer files, production data, tooling, design work and project deliverables are governed by the relevant project agreement.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape the website in a manner that disrupts service, or use the website for unlawful or infringing purposes.

8. External Links

This website may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control their content, availability or data-processing practices. Links are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement. The third-party provider’s terms and privacy information apply after you leave this website.

9. Availability and Liability

We aim to keep the website accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, freedom from errors or completeness of general website information. To the extent permitted by law, ExtruWerk is liable only for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. This limitation does not apply to personal injury or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Project-specific liability is governed by the applicable contract.

10. Data Protection

Information about the processing of personal data is provided in our Privacy Policy. Cookie and consent choices can be managed through Cookie Settings.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by Austrian law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For disputes with business customers, the competent court in Vienna, Austria, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to the extent legally permissible.

12. Changes and Severability

We may update these Terms of Use to reflect changes to the website, our services or legal requirements. The version published on this page applies from the stated update date. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
